We have been making research and developed coating machine for long time. There are 2 types of coating methods, one is push out type and the other is dipping type. Push out type is using heat plasticity pellet and melt them with our machine and coat the yarn pushed out thorough the nozzle. On the other hand, in the case of dipping type coating, yarn goes through the solution melted solvent.
Basic usage of coated yarn is mainly for industrial materials. So far, Glass fiber coating is the mainstream of coating, however now a days, such synthetic fiber (ex, Polyester) and Special fiber are expected to be used in wide range of usage. |
