Direct Warping machine Type:DWM-01
Our monofilament series got a new type of machine.

This machine is capable to split mother yarn and wind up onto beam directly.
As you know, in order to supply monofilament onto the beam, mother yarn has to be split by yarn splitting machine first, then goes to the beam stage.
However this new machine has ability to do in one process. It is more economical and rationalistic.

This our new machine can set 60 pcs. of mother yarn and they can wind up to max.960 monofilaments to the beam. The supply mother yarn can be Polyester and Nylon.
Maximum mechanical speed is 1,000m/min and normal operation speed is 500m/min.
It is possible to make a beautiful package through stable yarn supply from creel stand by using our original tension control system.

This split yarn will be supplied for Tricot warp knitting machine. It will be often used for apparel, undergarments and sporting texture.
