Creel stand ( Un-winder ) for Carbon fiber is the machine to feed acrylic fiber (PAN precursor)to the next process which will become raw materials in a part of Carbon fiber production line.

1) Automatic feeding tension control system with dancer roller :
No need to adjust tension spring and tune in position in order to maintain the tension of each positions.
Maximum capacity of 300kg precursor can be loaded.
Combination of dancer roller, AIKI original torque motor and inverter enable automatic tension adjustment of feeding precursor.
 
2) Simple setting :
Able to control all positions, only require to input desired tension and speed to touch panel screen on man controller.
 
3) Alarm and Warning :
LED activates when precursor breakage detected or precursor bobbin become empty.
LED are equipped on each positions.
 
4) AIKI original back-tension control system :
Back-tension control system eliminates sudden tension drop caused by uneven cheese diameter and poor winding shape of precursor.
 
5) Arrangement of machine :
Able to arrange customer's required creel layout based on AIKI standard machine layout.
